Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Sadr Logistics Company recommended not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year (FY) ending on 31 December 2022.

This decision aims to strengthen the company's financial position and support its upcoming expansions and projects, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

This recommendation will be presented for voting during the next general assembly meeting.  

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed company turned to losses of SAR 2.62 million, against profits of SAR 2.67 million in the year-ago quarter.
